2 Cor 13:1 triton touto erxomai proj umaj epi stomatoj duo marturwn kai triwn staqhsetai pan rhma 2 Corinthians 13:1 This is the third time I am coming to you. In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established.
13:2 proeirhka kai prolegw wj parwn to deuteron kai apwn nun grafw toij prohmarthkosin kai toij loipoij pasin oti ean elqw eij to palin ou feisomai 13:2 I told you before, and foretell you, as if I were present, the second time; and being absent now I write to them which heretofore have sinned, and to all other, that, if I come again, I will not spare:
13:3 epei dokimhn zhteite tou en emoi lalountoj xristou oj eij umaj ouk asqenei alla dunatei en umin 13:3 Since ye seek a proof of Christ speaking in me, which to you-ward is not weak, but is mighty in you.
13:4 kai gar ei estaurwqh ec asqeneiaj alla zh ek dunamewj qeou kai gar kai hmeij asqenoumen en autw alla zhsomeqa sun autw ek dunamewj qeou eij umaj 13:4 For though he was crucified through weakness, yet he liveth by the power of God. For we also are weak in him, but we shall live with him by the power of God toward you.
13:5 eautouj peirazete ei este en th pistei eautouj dokimazete h ouk epiginwskete eautouj oti ihsouj xristoj en umin estin ei mh ti adokimoi este 13:5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?
13:6 elpizw de oti gnwsesqe oti hmeij ouk esmen adokimoi 13:6 But I trust that ye shall know that we are not reprobates.
13:7 euxomai de proj ton qeon mh poihsai umaj kakon mhden oux ina hmeij dokimoi fanwmen all ina umeij to kalon poihte hmeij de wj adokimoi wmen 13:7 Now I pray to God that ye do no evil; not that we should appear approved, but that ye should do that which is honest, though we be as reprobates.
13:8 ou gar dunameqa ti kata thj alhqeiaj all uper thj alhqeiaj 13:8 For we can do nothing against the truth, but for the truth.
13:9 xairomen gar otan hmeij asqenwmen umeij de dunatoi hte touto de kai euxomeqa thn umwn katartisin 13:9 For we are glad, when we are weak, and ye are strong: and this also we wish, even your perfection.
2 Cor 13:10 dia touto tauta apwn grafw ina parwn mh apotomwj xrhswmai kata thn ecousian hn edwken moi o kurioj eij oikodomhn kai ouk eij kaqairesin 2 Corinthians 13:10 Therefore I write these things being absent, lest being present I should use sharpness, according to the power which the Lord hath given me to edification, and not to destruction.
13:11 loipon adelfoi xairete katartizesqe parakaleisqe to auto froneite eirhneuete kai o qeoj thj agaphj kai eirhnhj estai meq umwn 13:11 Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you.
13:12 aspasasqe allhlouj en agiw filhmati 13:12 Greet one another with an holy kiss.
13:13 aspazontai umaj oi agioi pantej 13:13 All the saints salute you.
13:14 h xarij tou kuriou ihsou xristou kai h agaph tou qeou kai h koinwnia tou agiou pneumatoj meta pantwn umwn amhn 13:14 The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ, and the love of God, and the communion of the Holy Ghost, be with you all. Amen.
