| Revelation 11:1 kai edoqh moi kalamoj omoioj rabdw kai o aggeloj eisthkei legwn egeirai kai metrhson
ton naon tou qeou kai to qusiasthrion kai touj proskunountaj en autw |
Revelation 11:1 And there was given me a reed like unto a rod: and the angel stood, saying,
Rise, and measure the temple of God, and the altar, and them that worship therein. |
| 11:2 kai thn aulhn thn ecwqen tou naou ekbale ecw
kai mh authn metrhshj oti edoqh toij eqnesin kai thn polin thn agian pathsousin mhnaj tessarakonta duo |
11:2 But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it
is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months. |
| 11:3 kai dwsw toij dusin martusin mou kai
profhteusousin hmeraj xiliaj diakosiaj echkonta peribeblhmenoi sakkouj |
11:3 And I will give power unto my two witnesses, and they shall prophesy a
thousand two hundred and threescore days, clothed in sackcloth. |
| 11:4 outoi eisin ai duo elaiai kai ai duo luxniai ai enwpion tou qeou thj ghj estwsai |
11:4 These are the two olive trees, and the two candlesticks standing before the God of the earth. |
| 11:5 kai ei tij autouj qelh adikhsai pur ekporeuetai
ek tou stomatoj autwn kai katesqiei touj exqrouj autwn kai ei tij autouj qelh adikhsai outwj dei auton apoktanqhnai |
11:5 And if any man will hurt them, fire proceedeth out of their mouth, and
devoureth their enemies: and if any man will hurt them, he must in this manner be killed. |
| 11:6 outoi exousin ecousian kleisai ton ouranon ina
mh brexh uetoj en hmeraij autwn thj profhteiaj kai ecousian exousin epi twn udatwn strefein auta eij aima kai patacai thn ghn pash plhgh osakij ean qelhswsin |
11:6 These have power to shut heaven, that it rain not in the days of their
prophecy: and have power over waters to turn them to blood, and to smite the earth with all plagues, as often as they will. |
| 11:7 kai otan teleswsin thn marturian autwn to
qhrion to anabainon ek thj abussou poihsei polemon met autwn kai nikhsei autouj kai apoktenei autouj |
11:7 And when they shall have finished their testimony, the beast that ascendeth out
of the bottomless pit shall make war against them, and shall overcome them, and kill them. |
| 11:8 kai ta ptwmata autwn epi thj plateiaj polewj
thj megalhj htij kaleitai pneumatikwj sodoma kai aiguptoj opou kai o kurioj hmwn estaurwqh |
11:8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which
spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. |
| 11:9 kai bleyousin ek twn lawn kai fulwn kai glwsswn
kai eqnwn ta ptwmata autwn hmeraj treij kai hmisu kai ta ptwmata autwn ouk afhsousin teqhnai eij mnhmata |
11:9 And they of the people and kindreds and tongues and nations shall see their
dead bodies three days and an half, and shall not suffer their dead bodies to be put in graves. |
| Revelation 11:10 kai oi katoikountej epi thj ghj xarousin ep autoij kai eufranqhsontai kai dwra
pemyousin allhloij oti outoi oi duo profhtai ebasanisan touj katoikountaj epi thj ghj |
Revelation 11:10 And they that dwell upon the earth shall rejoice over them, and make
merry, and shall send gifts one to another; because these two prophets tormented them that dwelt on the earth. |

zwhj ek tou qeou eishlqen ep autouj kai esthsan epi touj podaj autwn kai foboj megaj epesen epi touj qewrountaj autouj |
11:11 And after three days and an half the Spirit of life from God entered into
them, and they stood upon their feet; and great fear fell upon them which saw them. |
| 11:12 kai hkousan fwnhn megalhn ek tou ouranou
legousan autoij anabhte wde kai anebhsan eij ton ouranon en th nefelh kai eqewrhsan autouj oi exqroi autwn |
11:12 And they heard a great voice from heaven saying unto them, Come up hither. And they ascended up to heaven in a cloud; and their enemies beheld them. |
| 11:13 kai en ekeinh th wra egeneto seismoj megaj kai
to dekaton thj polewj epesen kai apektanqhsan en tw seismw onomata anqrwpwn xiliadej epta kai oi loipoi emfoboi egenonto kai edwkan docan tw qew tou ouranou |
11:13 And the same hour was there a great earthquake, and the tenth part of the city
fell, and in the earthquake were slain of men seven thousand: and the remnant were affrighted, and gave glory to the God of heaven. |
| 11:14 h ouai h deutera aphlqen kai idou h ouai h trith erxetai taxu |
11:14 The second woe is past; and, behold, the third woe cometh quickly. |
| 11:15 kai o ebdomoj aggeloj esalpisen kai egenonto
fwnai megalai en tw ouranw legousai egenonto ai basileiai tou kosmou tou kuriou hmwn kai tou xristou autou kai basileusei eij touj aiwnaj twn aiwnwn |
11:15 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying,
The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. |
| 11:16 kai oi eikosi kai tessarej presbuteroi oi
enwpion tou qeou kaqhmenoi epi touj qronouj autwn epesan epi ta proswpa autwn kai prosekunhsan tw qew |
11:16 And the four and twenty elders, which sat before God on their seats, fell upon their faces, and worshipped God, |
| 11:17 legontej euxaristoumen soi kurie o qeoj o
pantokratwr o wn kai o hn kai o erxomenoj oti eilhfaj thn dunamin sou thn megalhn kai ebasileusaj |
11:17 Saying, We give thee thanks, O Lord God Almighty, which art, and wast, and art
to come; because thou hast taken to thee thy great power, and hast reigned. |
| 11:18 kai ta eqnh wrgisqhsan kai hlqen h orgh sou kai o kairoj twn nekrwn kriqhnai kai dounai
ton misqon toij douloij sou toij profhtaij kai toij agioij kai toij foboumenoij to onoma sou toij mikroij kai toij megaloij kai diafqeirai touj diafqeirontaj thn ghn |
11:18 And the nations were angry, and thy wrath is come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that thou shouldest give
reward unto thy servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and shouldest destroy them which destroy the earth. |

11:19 And the temple of God was opened in heaven, and there was seen in his temple
the ark of his testament: and there were lightnings, and voices, and thunderings, and an earthquake, and great hail. |
