Orphans in UK are taken care of by the welfare state, so all of our effort is to support orphans and widows in counties where there is no welfare state. All donations made here will be sent to Africa where we see the greatest need, unless the donor specifically states what the money is to be used for, and in which country. In such a case we will endeavour to honour the wishes of the donor. Otherwise, the donations sent here will be used to support the work in Africa, and will be sent to wherever we see the greatest need. Helping widows and orphans is a positive scriptural use of tithes (Deuteronomy 14:28-29, 26:12-13, Acts 6:1-4). The money sent will be used to provide food, clothes, shelter, for those who need, and a basic education for the orphans.
