Who is
Father Christmas
Father Christmas?
Because Father Christmas doesn’t exist, except in the hearts of deceived children, and on the lips of those who deceive them, that makes him a lie of the Devil. Jesus said about the Devil, "he is a liar, and the father of it." (John 8:44).
Children usually love their parents, and trust them totally, so they are easy to deceive. But do you think God is pleased when parents deceive their children with a lie of the Devil?  NO!
"These six things does the LORD hate: yes, seven are an abomination to him ... a lying tongue ... a false witness who speaks lies ... " (Proverbs 6:16-19).
Out of seven things that Solomon said God hates, two of them involve lying. God hates the lie about Father Christmas and says:
"lying lips are an abomination to the LORD:" (Proverbs 12:22).
What does God think of your lips dear reader? Parents are not showing love to their children when they tell them about Father Christmas, for God says, "A lying tongue hates those who are afflicted by it;" (Proverbs 26:28).
They also lead their children into the wicked sin of IDOLATRY. The scripture says:
"Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights," (James 1:17).

This means from God, but when parents tell their children that good gifts come from Father Christmas, he becomes like a god to them. Jesus said, "call no man your father on the earth; for one is your father, who is in heaven." (Matthew 23:9), and the first of the Ten Commandments reads:
"You shall have no other gods before me." (Exodus 20:3).

Some children are even taught to pray to Father Christmas and promise to be good so that they can have presents. It is evil to teach children idolatry, because it is a sin against God, and will ultimately condemn them to hell:
" ... idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death." (Revelation 21:8).
Where does that leave you dear reader? If you have been involved in this then you must repent, for you have broken God’s law, "You shall not bear false witness" (Exodus 20:16), and God "now commands all men everywhere to repent." (Acts 17:30).
You need to be born again by the spirit of God, and receive Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour so that you can obtain the forgiveness of your sins, otherwise you will be condemned on the day of judgement.

"Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins," (Acts 2:38).
Jesus said, "He who comes to me I will certainly not cast out." (John 3:37).
