not a treat. Its purpose is only to glorify the name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

Dear Reader, please don't get involved in Halloween, and please don't let your children get involved in it.
It is a trick – not a treat.
Halloween is a satanic festival portrayed as harmless fun in order to get children involved in it. Why? because it gives the Devil
an opportunity to have entrance into their lives and oppress them. It also makes God angry:
"I will send my anger upon you, and will judge you according to
your ways, and will repay upon you all your abominations."(Ezekiel 7:3).
The scripture warns us:
"Neither give place to the Devil."
(Ephesians 4:27)
This is really good advice.

If you have already been involved in Halloween, or taken part in any other occult activity,
then you are a sinner in the sight of God and you need to repent of that sin, so that it can be forgiven.
You may say, “I was innocent, I did not know”, but it is still sin
"If a person sins and commits any of these things which are
forbidden to be done by the commandment of the LORD; though he did not
know it, yet he is guilty." (Leviticus 5:17).
The good news is that Jesus Christ has already paid for your sin to be forgiven
when he died upon the cross, and all you need to do is receive it.
"He was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our
iniquities," (Isaiah 53:5) |
"Who himself bore our sins in his own body on the tree, that we,
having died to sins should live for righteousness," (1 Peter 2:24).
Receive Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour today, Repent of your sin and be forgiven.
God gets no pleasure out of it if you die a sinner (Ezekiel 33:11).
"Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ, for
the forgiveness of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." (Acts 2:38).
