17:11 For the life of the flesh is in the blood: and I have given it to you upon the altar to make an atonement for your souls: for it is the blood that makes an atonement for the soul.
17:12 Therefore I said to the children of Israel, No soul of you shall eat blood, neither shall any stranger who sojourns among you eat blood.
17:14 For it is the life of all flesh; the blood of it is for the life of it: therefore I said to the children of Israel, You shall eat the blood of no manner of flesh: for the life of all flesh is the blood of it: whoever eats it shall be cut off.
17:15 And every soul who eats that which died of itself, or that which was torn with beasts, whether it is one of your own country, or a stranger, he shall both wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening: then shall he be clean.

21:1 And Yahweh said to Moses, Speak to the priests the sons of Aaron, and say to them, There shall none be defiled for the dead (Lit. a soul) among his people:

22:3 Say to them, Whoever he is of all your seed among your generations, who goes to the holy things, which the children of Israel hallow to Yahweh, having his uncleanness upon him, that soul shall be cut off from my presence: I am Yahweh.
22:4 Whatever man of the seed of Aaron is a leper, or has a running issue; he shall not eat of the holy things, until he is clean. And whoever touches anything that is unclean by the dead, or a man whose seed goes from him;

26:15 And if you shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that you will not do all my commandments, but that you break my covenant:
26:16 I also will do this to you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and you shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it.
26:30 And I will destroy your high places, and cut down your images, and cast your carcases upon the carcases of your idols, and my soul shall abhor you.
26:43 The land also shall be left of them, and shall enjoy her Sabbaths, while she lies desolate without them: and they shall accept of the punishment of their iniquity: because, even because they despised my judgments, and because their soul abhorred my statutes.
27:2 Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, When a man shall make a singular vow, the persons shall be for Yahweh by your estimation.

Numbers 5:2 Command the children of Israel, that they put out of the camp every leper, and every one that has an issue, and whoever is defiled by the dead:
5:6 Speak to the children of Israel, When a man or woman shall commit any sin that men commit, to do a trespass against the LORD, and that person be guilty;
6:6 All the days that he separates himself to Yahweh he shall come at no dead body.
6:11 And the priest shall offer the one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, and make an atonement for him, for that he sinned by the dead, and shall hallow his head that same day.
9:6 And there were certain men, who were defiled by the dead body of a man, that they could not keep the Passover on that day: and they came before Moses and before Aaron on that day:
9:7 And those men said to him, We are defiled by the dead body of a man: therefore are we kept back, that we may not offer an offering of Yahweh in his appointed season among the children of Israel?
9:10 Speak to the children of Israel, saying, If any man of you or of your posterity shall be unclean by reason of a dead body, or be in a journey afar off, yet he shall keep the Passover to Yahweh.
9:13 But the man that is clean, and is not in a journey, and forbears to keep the Passover, even the same soul shall be cut off from among his people: because he brought not the offering of Yahweh in his appointed season, that man shall bear his sin.
11:6 But now our soul is dried away: there is nothing at all, beside this manna, before our eyes.
15:27 And if any soul sins through ignorance, then he shall bring a she goat of the first year for a sin offering.
15:28 And the priest shall make an atonement for the soul who sins ignorantly, when he sins by ignorance before the LORD, to make an atonement for him; and it shall be forgiven him.
15:29 You shall have one law for him who sins through ignorance, both for him who is born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger who sojourns among them.
15:30 But the soul that does anything presumptuously, whether he is born in the land, or a stranger, the same reproaches Yahweh; and that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
15:31 Because he has despised the word of Yahweh, and has broken his commandment, that soul shall utterly be cut off; his iniquity shall be upon him.

19:11 He who touches the dead body of any man (Lit. the dead, any soul of man) shall be unclean seven days.
19:13 Whoever touches the dead body of any man that is dead, and does not purify himself, defiles the tabernacle of Yahweh; and that soul shall be cut off from Israel: because the water of separation was not sprinkled upon him, he shall be unclean; his uncleanness is yet upon him.
19:18 And a clean person shall take hyssop, and dip it in the water, and sprinkle it upon the tent, and upon all the vessels, and upon the persons that were there, and upon him who touched a bone, or one slain, or one dead, or a grave:
19:20 But the man that shall be unclean, and shall not purify himself, that soul shall be cut off from among the congregation, because he has defiled the sanctuary of Yahweh: the water of separation has not been sprinkled upon him; he is unclean.
19:22 And whatever the unclean person touches shall be unclean; and the soul that touches it shall be unclean until evening.
21:4 And they journeyed from mount Hor by the way of the Red sea, to circle the land of Edom: and the soul of the people was much discouraged because of the way.

30:2 (3) If a man vows a vow to Yahweh, or swears an oath to bind his soul with a bond; he shall not break his word, he shall do according to all that proceeds out of his mouth.
30:3 (4) If a woman also vows a vow to Yahweh, and binds herself by a bond, being in her father's house in her youth;
30:4 (5) And her father hears her vow, and her bond with which she has bound her soul, and her father shall hold his peace at her: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond with which she has bound her soul shall stand.
30:5 (6) But if her father disallows her in the day that he hears; none of her vows, or of her bonds with which she has bound her soul, shall stand: and Yahweh shall forgive her, because her father disallowed her.
30:6 (7) And if she had at all an husband, when she vowed, or uttered anything out of her lips, with which she bound her soul;
30:7 And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her in the day that he heard it: then her vows shall stand, and her bonds with which she bound her soul shall stand.
30:8 But if her husband disallowed her on the day that he heard it; then he shall make her vow which she vowed, and that which she uttered with her lips, with which she bound her soul, of no effect: and Yahweh shall forgive her.
30:9 (10) But every vow of a widow, and of her who is divorced, with which they have bound their souls, shall stand against her.
30:10 (12) And if she vowed in her husband's house, or bound her soul by a bond with an oath;
30:11 And her husband heard it, and held his peace at her, and did not disallow her: then all her vows shall stand, and every bond with which she bound her soul shall stand.
30:12 (13) But if her husband has utterly made them void on the day he heard them; then whatever proceeded out of her lips concerning her vows, or concerning the bond of her soul, shall not stand: her husband has made them void; and Yahweh shall forgive her.
30:13 (14) Every vow, and every binding oath to afflict the soul, her husband may establish it, or her husband may make it void.
31:19 And do you abide without the camp seven days: whoever has killed any person, and whoever has touched any slain, purify both yourselves and your captives on the third day, and on the seventh day.
31:28 And levy a tribute to Yahweh of the men of war which went out to battle: one soul of five hundred, both of the persons, and of the beeves, and of the asses, and of the sheep:
31:35 And thirty and two thousand persons in all (Lit. the soul of man … were thirty two thousand souls), of women that had not known man by lying with him.
31:40 And the persons (Lit. soul of man) were sixteen thousand; of which Yahweh's tribute was thirty and two persons.
31:46 And sixteen thousand persons (Lit. soul of man);
31:50 We have therefore brought an oblation for Yahweh, what every man has got, of jewels of gold, chains, and bracelets, rings, earrings, and tablets, to make an atonement for our souls before Yahweh.
35:11 Then you shall appoint you cities to be cities of refuge for you; that the slayer may flee there, who kills any person (Lit. a soul) at unawares.
35:15 These six cities shall be a refuge, both for the children of Israel, and for the stranger, and for the sojourner among them: that everyone who kills any person (Lit. a soul) unawares may flee there.
35:30 Whoever kills any person (Lit. a soul), the murderer shall be put to death by the mouth of witnesses: but one witness shall not testify against any person to cause him to die.
35:31 Moreover you shall take no satisfaction for the life of a murderer, who is guilty of death: but he shall be surely put to death.

Deuteronomy 4:9 Only take heed to yourself, and keep your soul diligently, lest you forget the things which your eyes have seen, and lest they depart from your heart all the days of your life: but teach them your sons, and your sons' sons;
4:15 Take you therefore good heed to yourselves (Lit. your souls); for you saw no manner of similitude on the day that Yahweh spoke to you in Horeb out of the midst of the fire:
4:29 But if from there you shall seek Yahweh your God, you shall find him, if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul.
6:5 And you shall love Yahweh your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your might.
10:12 And now, Israel, what does Yahweh your God require of you, but to fear Yahweh your God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve Yahweh your God with all your heart and with all your soul,
10:22 Your fathers went down into Egypt with threescore and ten persons; and now Yahweh your God has made you as the stars of heaven for multitude.
11:13 And it shall come to pass, if you shall hearken diligently to my commandments which I command you this day, to love Yahweh your God, and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul,
11:18 Therefore shall you lay up these my words in your heart and in your soul, and bind them for a sign upon your hand, that they may be as frontlets between your eyes.
12:15 Nevertheless you may kill and eat flesh in all your gates, whatever your soul lusts after, according to the blessing of Yahweh your God which he has given you: the unclean and the clean may eat of it, as of the roebuck, and as of the hart.
12:20 When Yahweh your God shall enlarge your border, as he has promised you, and you shall say, I will eat flesh, because your soul longs to eat flesh; you may eat flesh, whatever your soul lusts after.
12:21 If the place which Yahweh your God has chosen to put his name there be too far from you, then you shall kill of your herd and of your flock, which Yahweh has given you, as I have commanded you, and you shall eat in your gates whatever your soul lusts after.

13:3 (4) You shall not hearken to the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams: for Yahweh your God proves you, to know whether you love Yahweh your God with all your heart and with all your soul.
13:6 (7) If your brother, the son of your mother, or your son, or your daughter, or the wife of your bosom, or your friend, which is as your own soul, entice you secretly, saying, Let us go and serve other gods, which you have not known, you, nor your fathers;
14:26 And you shall bestow that money for whatever your soul lusts after, for oxen, or for sheep, or for wine, or for strong drink, or for whatever your soul desires: and you shall eat there before Yahweh your God, and you shall rejoice, you, and your household,
