Revelation 7:1 Post hæc vidi quatuor angelos stantes super quatuor angulos terræ, tenentes quatuor ventos terræ, ne flarent super terram, neque super mare, neque in ullam arborem. Revelation 7:1 kai meta tauta eidon tessaraj aggelouj estwtaj epi taj tessaraj gwniaj thj ghj kratountaj touj tessaraj anemouj thj ghj ina mh pneh anemoj epi thj ghj mhte epi thj qalasshj mhte epi pan dendron Revelation 7:1 And after these things I saw four angels standing on the four corners of the earth, holding the four winds of the earth, that the wind should not blow on the earth, nor on the sea, nor on any tree.
7:2 Et vidi alterum angelum ascendentem ab ortu solis, habentem signum Dei vivi: et clamavit voce magna quatuor angelis, quibus datum est nocere terræ et mari, 7:2 kai eidon allon aggelon anabainonta apo anatolhj hliou exonta sfragida qeou zwntoj kai ekracen fwnh megalh toij tessarsin aggeloij oij edoqh autoij adikhsai thn ghn kai thn qalassan 7:2 And I saw another angel ascending from the east, having the seal of the living God: and he cried with a loud voice to the four angels, to whom it was given to hurt the earth and the sea,
7:3 dicens: Nolite nocere terræ, et mari, neque arboribus, quoadusque signemus servos Dei nostri in frontibus eorum. 7:3 legwn mh adikhshte thn ghn mhte thn qalassan mhte ta dendra axrij ou sfragiswmen touj doulouj tou qeou hmwn epi twn metwpwn autwn 7:3 Saying, Hurt not the earth, neither the sea, nor the trees, till we have sealed the servants of our God in their foreheads.
7:4 Et audivi numerum signatorum, centum quadraginta quatuor millia signati, ex omni tribu filiorum Israël. 7:4 kai hkousa ton ariqmon twn esfragismenwn rmd xiliadej esfragismenoi ek pashj fulhj uiwn israhl 7:4 And I heard the number of them which were sealed: and there were sealed an hundred and forty and four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel.
7:5 Ex tribu Juda duodecim millia signati: ex tribu Ruben duodecim millia signati: ex tribu Gad duodecim millia signati: 7:5 ek fulhj iouda ib xiliadej esfragismenoi ek fulhj roubhn ib xiliadej esfragismenoi ek fulhj gad ib xiliadej esfragismenoi 7:5 Of the tribe of Juda were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Reuben were sealed twelve thousand. Of the tribe of Gad were sealed twelve thousand.

7:9 Post hæc vidi turbam magnam, quam dinumerare nemo poterat, ex omnibus gentibus, et tribubus, et populis, et linguis: stantes ante thronum, et in conspectu Agni, amicti stolis albis, et palmæ in manibus eorum: 7:9 meta tauta eidon kai idou oxloj poluj on ariqmhsai auton oudeij hdunato ek pantoj eqnouj kai fulwn kai lawn kai glwsswn estwtej enwpion tou qronou kai enwpion tou arniou peribeblhmenoi stolaj leukaj kai foinikej en taij xersin autwn 7:9 After this I beheld, and, lo, a great multitude, which no man could number, of all nations, and kindreds, and people, and tongues, stood before the throne, and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, and palms in their hands;
Revelation 7:10 et clamabant voce magna, dicentes: Salus Deo nostro, qui sedet super thronum, et Agno. Revelation 7:10 kai krazontej fwnh megalh legontej h swthria tw qew hmwn tw kaqhmenw epi tou qronou kai tw arniw Revelation 7:10 And cried with a loud voice, saying, Salvation to our God which sitteth upon the throne, and unto the Lamb.
7:11 Et omnes angeli stabant in circuitu throni, et seniorum, et quatuor animalium: et ceciderunt in conspectu throni in facies suas, et adoraverunt Deum, 7:11 kai pantej oi aggeloi esthkesan kuklw tou qronou kai twn presbuterwn kai twn tessarwn zwwn kai epeson enwpion tou qronou epi proswpon autwn kai prosekunhsan tw qew 7:11 And all the angels stood round about the throne, and about the elders and the four beasts, and fell before the throne on their faces, and worshipped God,
7:12 dicentes: Amen. Benedictio, et claritas, et sapientia, et gratiarum actio, honor, et virtus, et fortitudo Deo nostro in sæcula sæculorum. Amen. 7:12 legontej amhn h eulogia kai h doca kai h sofia kai h euxaristia kai h timh kai h dunamij kai h isxuj tw qew hmwn eij touj aiwnaj twn aiwnwn amhn 7:12 Saying, Amen: Blessing, and glory, and wisdom, and thanksgiving, and honour, and power, and might, be unto our God for ever and ever. Amen.
7:13 Et respondit unus de senioribus et dixit mihi: Hi, qui amicti sunt stolis albis, qui sunt? et unde venerunt? 7:13 kai apekriqh eij ek twn presbuterwn legwn moi outoi oi peribeblhmenoi taj stolaj taj leukaj tinej eisin kai poqen hlqon 7:13 And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they?
7:14 Et dixi illi: Domine mi, tu scis. Et dixit mihi: Hi sunt, qui venerunt de tribulatione magna, et laverunt stolas suas, et dealbaverunt eas in sanguine Agni. 7:14 kai eirhka autw kurie su oidaj kai eipen moi outoi eisin oi erxomenoi ek thj qliyewj thj megalhj kai eplunan taj stolaj autwn kai eleukanan autaj en tw aimati tou arniou 7:14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
7:15 Ideo sunt ante thronum Dei, et serviunt ei die ac nocte in templo ejus: et qui sedet in throno, habitabit super illos: 7:15 dia touto eisin enwpion tou qronou tou qeou kai latreuousin autw hmeraj kai nuktoj en tw naw autou kai o kaqhmenoj epi tou qronou skhnwsei ep autouj 7:15 Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them.
7:16 non esurient, neque sitient amplius, nec cadet super illos sol, neque ullus æstus: 7:16 ou peinasousin eti oude diyhsousin eti oude mh pesh ep autouj o hlioj oude pan kauma 7:16 They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat.
7:17 quoniam Agnus, qui in medio throni est, reget illos et deducet eos ad vitæ fontes aquarum, et absterget Deus omnem lacrimam ab oculis eorum.7:17 oti to arnion to ana meson tou qronou poimanei autouj kai odhghsei autouj epi zwsaj phgaj udatwn kai ecaleiyei o qeoj pan dakruon apo twn ofqalmwn autwn 7:17 For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.
