Revelation 10:1 Et vidi alium angelum fortem descendentem de cælo amictum nube, et iris in capite ejus, et facies ejus erat ut sol, et pedes ejus tamquam columnæ ignis: Revelation 10:1 kai eidon allon aggelon isxuron katabainonta ek tou ouranou peribeblhmenon nefelhn kai irij epi thj kefalhj kai to proswpon autou wj o hlioj kai oi podej autou wj stuloi puroj Revelation 10:1 And I saw another mighty angel come down from heaven, clothed with a cloud: and a rainbow was upon his head, and his face was as it were the sun, and his feet as pillars of fire:
10:2 et habebat in manu sua libellum apertum: et posuit pedem suum dextrum super mare, sinistrum autem super terram: 10:2 kai eixen en th xeiri autou biblaridion anewgmenon kai eqhken ton poda autou ton decion epi thn qalassan ton de euwnumon epi thn ghn 10:2 And he had in his hand a little book open: and he set his right foot upon the sea, and his left foot on the earth,
10:3 et clamavit voce magna, quemadmodum cum leo rugit. Et cum clamasset, locuta sunt septem tonitrua voces suas. 10:3 kai ekracen fwnh megalh wsper lewn mukatai kai ote ekracen elalhsan ai epta brontai taj eautwn fwnaj 10:3 And cried with a loud voice, as when a lion roareth: and when he had cried, seven thunders uttered their voices.
10:4 Et cum locuta fuissent septem tonitrua voces suas, ego scripturus eram: et audivi vocem de cælo dicentem mihi: Signa quæ locuta sunt septem tonitrua: et noli ea scribere. 10:4 kai ote elalhsan ai epta brontai taj fwnaj eautwn emellon grafein kai hkousa fwnhn ek tou ouranou legousan moi sfragison a elalhsan ai epta brontai kai mh tauta grayhj 10:4 And when the seven thunders had uttered their voices, I was about to write: and I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Seal up those things which the seven thunders uttered, and write them not.
10:5 Et angelus, quem vidi stantem super mare et super terram, levavit manum suam ad cælum: 10:5 kai o aggeloj on eidon estwta epi thj qalasshj kai epi thj ghj hren thn xeira autou eij ton ouranon 10:5 And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven,
10:6 et juravit per viventem in sæcula sæculorum, qui creavit cælum, et ea quæ in eo sunt: et terram, et ea quæ in ea sunt: et mare, et ea quæ in eo sunt: Quia tempus non erit amplius: 10:6 kai wmosen en tw zwnti eij touj aiwnaj twn aiwnwn oj ektisen ton ouranon kai ta en autw kai thn ghn kai ta en auth kai thn qalassan kai ta en auth oti xronoj ouk estai eti 10:6 And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer:
10:7 sed in diebus vocis septimi angeli, cum cœperit tuba canere, consummabitur mysterium Dei sicut evangelizavit per servos suos prophetas. 10:7 alla en taij hmeraij thj fwnhj tou ebdomou aggelou otan mellh salpizein kai telesqh to musthrion tou qeou wj euhggelisen toij eautou douloij toij profhtaij 10:7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.
10:8 Et audivi vocem de cælo iterum loquentem mecum, et dicentem: Vade, et accipe librum apertum de manu angeli stantis super mare, et super terram. 10:8 kai h fwnh hn hkousa ek tou ouranou palin lalousa met emou kai legousa upage labe to biblaridion to hnewgmenon en th xeiri aggelou tou estwtoj epi thj qalasshj kai epi thj ghj 10:8 And the voice which I heard from heaven spake unto me again, and said, Go and ake the little book which is open in the hand of the angel which standeth upon the sea and upon the earth.
10:9 Et abii ad angelum, dicens ei, ut daret mihi librum. Et dixit mihi: Accipe librum, et devora illum: et faciet amaricari ventrem tuum, sed in ore tuo erit dulce tamquam mel. 10:9 kai aphlqon proj ton aggelon legwn autw doj moi to biblaridion kai legei moi labe kai katafage auto kai pikranei sou thn koilian all en tw stomati sou estai gluku wj meli 10:9 And I went unto the angel, and said unto him, Give me the little book. And he said unto me, Take it, and eat it up; and it shall make thy belly bitter, but it shall be in thy mouth sweet as honey.
Revelation 10:10 Et accepi librum de manu angeli, et devoravi illum: et erat in ore meo tamquam mel dulce, et cum devorassem eum, amaricatus est venter meus: Revelation 10:10 kai elabon to biblaridion ek thj xeiroj tou aggelou kai katefagon auto kai hn en tw stomati mou wj meli gluku kai ote efagon auto epikranqh h koilia mou Revelation 10:10 And I took the little book out of the angel's hand, and ate it up; and it was in my mouth sweet as honey: and as soon as I had eaten it, my belly was bitter.
10:11 et dixit mihi: Oportet te iterum prophetare gentibus, et populis, et linguis, et regibus multis. 10:11 kai legei moi dei se palin profhteusai epi laoij kai eqnesin kai glwssaij kai basileusin polloij 10:11 And he said unto me, Thou must prophesy again before many peoples, and nations, and tongues, and kings.
